You need to log in - so that all we have all the necessary details to contact you regarding your purchase and where to deliver.

Items are made to order, unless otherwise specified in the shop section.

When you make a purchase via the shop, an email will be sent to confirm the order. After which you will be contacted to confirm the order and any special requirements.

Please make sure that your telephone number and email are current - otherwise we will not be able to contact you.

We will endevour to complete orders within 14 days, as all our items are made to order and have to be sent for hallmarking before sending out to customers. More complicated designs can take up to 21 days. The delivery date will be confirmed when we contact you.

All orders are sent by Special Delivery, Airsure or International Signed For.

SPECIAL ORDERS

For orders that are specifically designed and do not appear on the site - payment will be agreed according to your requirements, and must be paid in full before the item is started.
